Before founding Sleek Machine, Eric was at Mullen for over a decade, most recently as SVP/Group Account Director. His career spans across many disciplines, from social media and advertising to public relations and broadcast journalism. Eric’s efforts have generated hundreds of millions of dollars in earned media. He’s also handled product launches worldwide for clients such as Stanley Black & Decker, Timberland, OSRAM Sylvania, and Sealy Mattress.
Along the way, his campaigns have picked up
accolades including One Show, Andys, Webby, Hermes, a PRSA Bronze Anvil, Bulldog, and Digiday MOBI Awards. Together with Tim, Eric ran Century 21 Real Estate’s social business which caught worldwide attention with efforts such as posting Walter White’s house on Craigslist.
Co-Founder, Chief Creative Officer
Tim’s experience includes agencies such as Mullen, Hill Holliday, Y&R and Carmichael Lynch. Beyond the many brands at Sleek Machine, Tim has also led campaigns for Major League Baseball, JetBlue, Dunkin’ Donuts, Miller Lite, Liberty Mutual and Toys R’ Us.
He’s been recognized dozens of times in award shows such as One Show (which he judged in 2013 and 2015), Cannes, Clio, CA, Webbys, and Best of Show at the New England Hatch Awards (twice). He’s been profiled in AdWeek, AdAge, Creative Review UK, Communication Arts and FastCompany. Archive Magazine ranks him as one of the top ten U.S. writers of all time.
Chief Marketing Officer
Before joining Sleek Machine, Dorothy was a SVP at Hill Holliday and a VP at Mullen in leadership roles including creative management, talent recruiting, production and art buying. Earlier in her career, Dorothy worked in account management and new business development. She also worked as a Director at Fidelity Investments and intuitively understands how the oversight of budgets, deadlines and people affect creative output. In other words, she’s intimidatingly, right- AND left-brained!
Dorothy uses her art degree and creative know-how to give back to the community. She served for 10+ years on The Mass College of Art and Design’s Corporate Advisory Council. She was also honored to speak on a national panel at one of the early 3% Conferences.
Chief Strategy Officer
Eric is a brand strategist with a proven track record of category disruption, positive behavior change through innovation and aligning brands and their communities around shared passions. Eric’s experience on the agency side includes senior management positions at Mullen, Modernista! and Mechanica working on such brands as (RED), The North Face, Four Seasons, Symantec, Rockport and Cadillac.
Most recently, Eric dove into the start-up world, growing new companies as SVP, Sales, Marketing and Business Development at Quantum Designs, commercializing new ways to get food, nutrition and medication into the body.
He has been proudly recognized by the Edison Awards, Webby’s, Communication Arts, D&AD, Creativity and at the TED2006 conference.
